    can I reduce the custard cookies to half and the recipe will still come out good? I know some recipes that are reduced to half the amount don’t come out as good

    Hi. Can’t wait to try these. I’m in the UK. We have self raising flour – the sort you’d use for making a sponge/ Victoria sandwich. Or we have plain flour which is what we’d use for pastry i.e tarts and flans. Which would you use for the custard powder biscuits? Thank you

      I know that self raising flour is very common in the UK, however, I made these with just plain all-purpose flour.
